Solved RPM Installation: can't create transaction lock on /var/lib/rpm/__db.000 in Redhat and CentOS

Solution:


If you are installing RPMs in Linux based operating systems (Redhat or CentOS) and get can’t create transaction lock on /var/lib/rpm/__db.000

Fastest solution is to use su (Login with Administrative rights)


Execute su command at terminal and Run the RPM command again the problem will be solved.
